Following the mysterious death of Draeden Darksky announced just a few days ago, we've already received a few witness accounts that shed a new light onto the whole situation, suggesting possible US government involvement.
The whole thing reeks of a government cover-up. Other than the guy who stumbled upon the "bodies", no civilians have seen them, not even when Draeden's body was sent back to the US. Never formally identified. We were just told, "yeah, it's Draeden Darksky," but I haven't been able to find any record of a formal identification. No-one associated with the VWF has confirmed seeing the body and the burial location is undisclosed. Something just doesn't add up. Probably the bit about it being a "ritual suicide" according to Fox News. Sounds like a great excuse to avoid any reason for serious inquiry on the part of the Chinese law enforcement. On top of this, the media can't find the guy who found Darksky. I mean, I know finding one Chinaman out of over a billion is like trying to identify an ant in an ant farm, but seriously. Chinese ants have names.
Apparently the American government was quick to appear on the scene, according to witnesses. They showed up soon after the Chinese police and took over without question, using the Chinese authorities to push back the crowd. Something about Draeden had the US government either very interested or very nervous.
Let me explain why...
It has emerged recently that Draeden Darksky was deeply involved in the occult, at least according to one of my sources in Chicago. Although she never revealed exactly what Draeden was investigating she did explain that it involved communication with "the other side", meaning dead people, apparently with a high degree of success.
Although I'm sceptical to say the least, why would our government be so interested in this? And why would corpse-stealing help them find out what he knew? Unless they already know how to communicate with the dead...
But imagine the possibilities! If Draeden had worked out how to talk to the dead then think of the things we could learn from the past - the secrets of WW2, Einstein and others, there's so much locked away in the heads of people that died long ago. Court cases would be revolutionised, murder victims able to tell the cops who killed them and why.
At this rate it won't be long before we have the tools to let us see the dead, no harder than making a video call on a cell phone. I wonder what the call rates would be like.
